Inline Servo Filling and Sealing Machine

This fully automatic in-line filling and sealing machine pairs a digital mechanical system with pneumatic assemblies. Built for versatility, the inline series packages liquid, paste, granulated, and powdered products into pre-formed containers of varying shapes and sizes, and suits dairy products, salads, dressings, coffee, desserts, dry soups, frozen meals, cosmetics, and similar goods.

Every machine is custom-configured to the customer's needs. Depending on production requirements, it can run up to eight lanes and up to eight fillers handling liquid, paste, dry, or powdered product.

Stations are built for maximum flexibility, using fully servo-driven, pneumatic-driven, and frequency-controlled motor systems, all managed from a single intuitive control panel.

A CIP (Clean-in-Place) system can be added to the fillers for hygienic, efficient cleaning without disassembly. High-clean filling nozzles are made for sensitive, high-hygiene applications and can be cleaned directly through a CIP station or supply unit.

Sealing options include pre-cut lids or roll-fed membrane sealing, with an optional plastic cap for extra protection.

A PLC-based control system runs the whole operation and allows either centralized or individual component control.

Switching between container sizes takes only quick, simple adjustments for smooth format transitions.

All product-contact parts are stainless steel, and the frame combines stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and food-grade plastic, in line with CE, FDA, and 3A hygiene and safety standards.
