Semi Automatic Sealing Machine
This customizable semi automatic machine seals trays, cups, containers, jars, buckets and capsules. It cuts and seals film directly from a roll, then rewinds the remaining film automatically. Depending on the required output and tooling, the machine can seal one to four packages per cycle.
This semi automatic sealing machine is configured for trays, cups, containers, jars, buckets, capsules and other rigid package formats. Depending on the selected tooling and production requirement, it can seal one to four packages during each cycle.
The machine draws film directly from the roll, cuts and seals it to the package, then automatically advances the web and rewinds the remaining film. Each system is tailored around the customer's package and production goals to provide an effective balance of output, flexibility and investment.
Modified atmosphere packaging and vacuum skin packaging configurations are available. These processes can reduce oxygen inside the package and help extend product freshness when the package, product and film are suitable for the application.
Standard sealing and skin film formats are supported. With skin packaging, the film conforms closely around the product and container, making this configuration suitable for fresh meat, fish, cheese, ready meals and premium retail products.
Straightforward operation and a compact footprint make the machine suitable for medium volume production. It can also support larger manufacturers during market tests, pilot runs and new product introductions.
Product contact components are stainless steel. The complete machine uses stainless steel, anodized aluminum and food grade plastics, with the final construction and compliance requirements confirmed for each project.
