1. Use of the Site

2. Quotes and Proposals

Information provided on this Site, including machine descriptions, applications, and capabilities, is for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer or a binding quotation.

Any Request-for-Quote (RFQ) you submit is a request for information. Quotations, proposals, and any draft documents generated from your RFQ are preliminary and prepared for internal review before they are shared with you. They are subject to final engineering review, approved product and packaging samples, drawings, testing, and final scope confirmation. Technical specifications, performance figures, delivery times, and pricing shown in any proposal are not final until confirmed in a signed agreement.

No proposal or quotation is binding on Pure until accepted in writing and accompanied by a purchase order and any required deposit. Any automatic draft proposal generated through the Site is an internal working document and is not sent to you without prior review by Pure.

3. Technical Information

Machine speeds, dimensions, and specifications referenced on the Site or in any proposal are typical or estimated values. Actual performance depends on your product, package, facility, and operating conditions, and is confirmed during engineering review and testing. We do not warrant specific performance values until validated against approved samples and a finalized scope.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, machine descriptions, and software — is owned by or licensed to Pure and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of our solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent. The Pure Packaging Solutions name and logo are trademarks of Pure.

All images, photographs, illustrations, and videos shown on this Site are for reference and general illustration only. They depict representative equipment, configurations, and applications and may include optional features, accessories, or layouts that are not part of the standard offering.
