Tray Sealer

Each tray sealer is configured around a given project's requirements, balancing upfront cost, throughput, and ease of use.

Film is cut and sealed straight off the roll, and the machine includes an infeed for containers plus an outlet conveyor. Operators load filled containers by hand, and the conveyor carries them automatically to the sealing head and then out of the machine.

Its flexible layout lets the tray sealer meet a wide range of packaging needs, and it can be set up for multi-component filling by adding extra dosing units. Depending on the product and process, tray sealer models come with different numbers of workstations for manual or automatic feeding, and can support various filler types and counts.

Every tray sealer can be fitted with a modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) system that lowers oxygen levels inside the sealed package to extend shelf life. Our proprietary high-efficiency MAP option supports faster production, lower running costs, and greater overall line output than typical MAP systems, making it well suited to extended shelf-life applications.

Optional add-on modules — such as tray denesting and lid placement — can also be installed, turning the tray sealer into a fully automatic line and cutting down on manual labor while boosting output.

A PLC handles the filling and sealing sequence, keeping the process accurate and efficient, and format changes between container sizes are simple and fast.

Built to strict safety standards, all product-contact parts are stainless steel, while the machine frame uses stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and food-grade plastic — all in line with CE, FDA, and 3A hygiene and safety rules.
