About Us

A Packaging Partner Built Around Your Production Floor

Speed, reliability, and consistency define successful packaging operations. For more than three decades, the team behind Pure Packaging Solutions has helped manufacturers across the United States and Canada turn demanding packaging requirements into high-performance automated solutions.

From individual machines to complete turnkey packaging lines, Pure Packaging Solutions provides equipment and automation systems engineered around each customer’s product, package, production environment, and performance requirements. We serve food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, chemical, and industrial manufacturers with solutions built to meet real production demands.

Every project starts with the application — not with a standard catalog solution. Our engineering team evaluates the product, packaging materials, required speeds, available footprint, operating environment, and future production needs to develop the right equipment configuration and line design.

Pure solutions can include filling and sealing systems, weighing and feeding equipment, labeling, inspection, conveying, robotics, case packing, palletizing, and complete primary, secondary, and end-of-line automation. Each component is specified and configured to work as part of one coordinated production system.

Pure Packaging Solutions manages the complete project from concept and engineering through equipment configuration, line integration, installation, startup, training, and long-term service and support. Customers have one partner responsible for bringing the complete solution together and making sure it performs as intended.

Our goal is straightforward: deliver packaging systems that produce more good packages per minute, reduce waste and unnecessary labor, simplify operation and changeovers, and lower the overall cost per package.

Whether you need a single machine or a complete automated packaging line, Pure Packaging Solutions brings the engineering, equipment, integration, and support together under one accountable partner.

Why Pure

What You Get With One Partner

Pure takes responsibility for the entire line — engineering, machinery, controls, installation and support — so every section works together.

Complete-Line Engineering

One team scopes, designs and coordinates the entire line so every section works as a single system, not a collection of machines.

Advanced Machinery

Modern filling, sealing, inspection and end-of-line technology selected around your product, format and rate targets.

Robotics Expertise

Vision-guided pick & place, robotic case packing and robotic palletizing with tooling designed for your product.

Application-Specific Design

Every line is engineered around your product characteristics, package formats and facility constraints.

North American Coordination

Project coordination, communication and support across the United States and Canada.

Factory Acceptance Testing

Equipment is tested and reviewed before shipment so surprises are resolved before they reach your floor.

Installation & Commissioning

On-site installation, commissioning, operator training and production start-up support.

Controls Integration

Unified controls, HMI and line communication across sections, including data and reporting requirements.

Customer-Specified Equipment

Existing or customer-specified machines are integrated into the line architecture where it makes sense.

Projects

Project Stories

Real packaging challenges and how Pure engineered a complete solution.

Pet Food

Pet Food Producer Moves From Hand Packing to an Automated Pouch Line

Challenge: A regional pet food producer was filling pouches on a small 2-head scale with everything downstream done by hand — case packing, labeling and palletizing took a crew of 8, the line topped out at 15 pouches per minute, and overall line efficiency was low. On top of that, the production room offered very little floor space for new equipment.

Solution: Pure engineered a complete line to fit the existing room: premade pouch loading and filling with a 14-head multihead scale, sealing, X-ray inspection, a delta robot for gentle product handling, automatic case erecting with drop loading, case labeling and automatic palletizing — all under one coordinated controls architecture.

Result: The line now runs 35 to 50 pouches per minute depending on product size, with just 2 operators instead of 8 and high line efficiency. The entire system was engineered into the original footprint, so no building changes were needed.

Bakery & Biscuits

Bakery Automates Clamshell Loading for Cakes and Cookies

Challenge: A bakery packing delicate cakes and cookies by hand into clamshells faced labor availability issues and inconsistent presentation in retail packages.

Solution: Pure designed a line with optional ultrasonic cutting, clamshell denesting, vision-guided robotic loading, clamshell closing, C-wrap labeling, RSC case erecting, top-load case packing, case sealing and printing, and robotic palletizing.

Result: Product presentation is now consistent across packages, the line runs with a smaller crew, and whole-product runs bypass the cutting station without mechanical changes.

Food & Dairy

Dairy Processor Adds a Complete Cup Filling and Sealing Line

Challenge: A dairy processor needed to launch a new cup format quickly while maintaining sanitary standards and integrating existing coding equipment.

Solution: Pure supplied and integrated cup denesting, dosing, sealing and lid application with checkweighing, then coordinated the customer-specified coder and existing conveyors into the new line, with factory acceptance testing before shipment.

Result: The processor commissioned the new format on schedule with its existing coding equipment retained and a single point of contact through installation.

Food & Dairy

Sauce Manufacturer Automates Foodservice Pail Filling

Challenge: A sauce manufacturer filling foodservice pails manually needed better weight control and a safer, more ergonomic operation.

Solution: Pure integrated pail handling, net-weigh filling, lid placing and pressing, checkweighing and palletizing into one coordinated section with unified line controls.

Result: Pail filling is now an automated, documented process with consistent fill weights and reduced manual handling on the floor.

Questions & Answers

Where is Pure Packaging Solutions located?

Pure Packaging Solutions has locations at 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL; 2425 Danieldale Rd, Dallas, TX; and 35 Maplewood Ave, Elmwood Park, NJ. Pure supports packaging operations across the United States and Canada.

What makes Pure different from a machine vendor?

Pure takes responsibility for the whole packaging line — scoping, machine selection, integration, testing, installation and support — rather than supplying a single machine and leaving integration to the customer.

How does a typical Pure project work?

Pure starts with your product characteristics, package format, target speed, facility constraints and timeline, proposes a line configuration, performs factory acceptance testing, then installs, commissions and trains your team.
