Pneumatic Inline Filling and Sealing Machine

The pneumatic inline series is a versatile, fully automated fill-seal-cap machine built to deliver strong efficiency and value in packaging operations.
Its design supports quick changeover between container sizes and shapes, suiting lines with frequently changing production runs. Additional dosing units let it handle multicomponent filling of liquids, high-viscosity products, powders, and materials with particulates.
A CIP (Clean-in-Place) system is available to keep hygiene levels high without requiring disassembly for cleaning. Sealing can be done with pre-cut lids or with film that is cut and sealed from a roll, with an optional plastic cap layered on for added protection.
A PLC-based control platform runs the machine as a whole and manages individual components as needed.
For long service life, all parts touching the product are stainless steel, and the frame combines stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and food-grade plastic, meeting CE, FDA, and 3A hygiene and safety requirements.
