Rotary Filling and Sealing Machine
A rotary filling and sealing platform for cups and rigid containers. The rotary layout keeps stations compact and product flow continuous, which suits producers running steady volumes on a small number of formats.
This servo-driven rotary filler and sealer runs on a 12-station turntable, giving it a compact footprint while keeping cycle times fast and consistent. The rotary layout suits liquids, pastes, granules, and powders that need accurate dosing and a clean seal.
Every build is customized around the specific product, container, and closure method the customer is running, with support for cup diameters up to 7 inches.
For higher throughput needs, the platform can scale up to six lanes and add as many as three separate filling heads working together.
A Clean-in-Place (CIP) package is available on the cup fillers to automate sanitation and cut down on manual washdown time.
Sealing can be done with pre-die-cut lids or with membrane material dispensed and cut from a continuous roll, and a snap-on plastic cap can be added afterward for extra protection.
A PLC governs the whole process, and switching between container formats takes only minor, quick adjustments.
Wetted parts are stainless steel throughout, and the frame combines stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and food-grade plastics, meeting CE, FDA, and 3A hygiene requirements.
