Pre Made Pouch Filling & Sealing Machine
Pure's premade pouch filling and sealing platform runs stand-up, flat, spouted and zippered pouches at speeds of up to 120 bags per minute in a compact footprint. Full-servo bag supply keeps output stable across pouch styles and film structures, while recipe-driven changeover on the HMI lets a single machine carry several SKUs. Pouches are loaded, opened, filled, de-aerated or gas flushed, then sealed and discharged to the downstream line.
High-Output Pre-Made Pouch Filler & Sealer
This high-speed pre-made pouch filling and sealing system from Pure Packaging Solutions is built for large-volume production of powders, granules, liquids, pastes, and particulate-containing products. Running up to 120 bags per minute within a compact footprint, it delivers strong output without sacrificing floor space, precision, or format flexibility.
Multiple servo motors control bag supply, keeping production consistent regardless of pouch style or film. Each servo axis runs on demand rather than continuously, cutting energy draw, and the HMI shows real-time operating status, power consumption, air pressure, and production data.
Format changes are recipe-driven from a 21-inch industrial touchscreen. Change parts use a quick-release design and can be matched to the customer's SKU lineup, turning size and format changeovers into a quick, repeatable task instead of a rebuild.
The machine checks bag loading, bag height, coding, and — optionally — weight in real time, with OEE data shown live on the HMI. The design keeps the drive section enclosed, removes dead corners on exposed parts, and routes air tubing internally; sealing jaw covers and conveyor belts detach for tool-free cleaning.
It connects upstream with multihead, linear, and auger weighers, and downstream with coding, inspection, case packing, and palletizing equipment as part of a full Pure Packaging line.
