A compact rotary filling and sealing machine for producers with limited floor space or smaller batch runs who still want repeatable automated filling and sealing.
This fully automated system fills and seals pre-formed cups using a rotary platform driven by an index or servo motor. Smooth movement of the 7- or 9-position turntable keeps operation efficient. The NB series handles liquids, pastes, granulated, and powdered products, with sealing and capping choices spanning pre-cut lids, roll-fed membrane seals, or plastic lids.
With one of the smallest footprints in its class, this machine suits operations with limited floor space while still delivering strong throughput — up to 75 units per minute.
Switching between container shapes and sizes takes little time, giving an economical yet capable packaging option that a single operator can run.
A waterproof PLC governs the system, and all product-contact parts are stainless steel. The frame uses stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and food-grade plastics, meeting CE, FDA, and 3A food-safety and hygiene requirements.
