Buckets Packaging Machine

This fully automatic bucket line handles filling and sealing for liquid, semi-liquid, and viscous products with clean, accurate results. It combines bucket denesting, filling, film sealing, and overcapping into a single continuous process.

Multiple bucket sizes are supported, including 4-gallon containers, with configurations tailored to specific production goals. Buckets are denested and routed through several fill stations, with optional load-cell weight verification, then pass through film sealing for a tamper-evident closure before an overcap is applied automatically.

Well suited to food, chemical, paint, and coatings operations, the line emphasizes sanitation, throughput, and dependability. Its compact footprint and straightforward operation help lower labor needs, cut downtime, and keep output consistent.
