X-Ray Inspection Systems

Fish Bone Detection

Residual pin bones in fresh-frozen and further-processed fish are difficult to find by hand. This system images each fillet, enhances the bone signal and pushes the marked image to two large HD screens at the work stations, so operators see exactly where to cut. Two stations double the capacity of a single-station machine and let the line run at a sustainable pace.
