Customized Inspection
Some inspection tasks are specific to one product: a missing stick in a cheese snack, a cracked tablet, low-density sand in fruit filling, a missing part inside a sealed pack. A custom algorithm is developed for the defect and runs alongside the standard foreign-body recipe, so contamination and product defects are judged in the same pass without a second machine in the line.
