Bulk Product Inspection
Inspecting loose product before it reaches the packaging machine keeps contamination out of finished packs and avoids scrapping good product along with bad. Material is spread across a wide belt and each piece is judged individually; a 48- to 96-way array injection valve blows out only the affected piece, so good-product loss stays low even at high belt speeds. Product defects such as wormholes and debris are found in the same pass.
