X-Ray Inspection Systems

Bottle & Jar Inspection — Dual View

A single beam through a round container leaves areas — particularly the base and the thick glass at the shoulder — where a contaminant can hide. Dual view images the container from two directions at the same instant and combines the results, so base contamination and shadowed regions are identified. It is the specification for high-value or high-risk bottled and jarred product.
