Bone Detection — Dual Energy

Bone residue and cartilage in deboned meat sit very close to the density of the meat itself, which is why single-energy imaging struggles with them. Dual-energy detection separates materials by how they absorb two different energy levels, so low- and medium-density fragments stand out against the product. Conveyors are built for meat handling and detach from the mainframe for direct water washing.
