Container/Bottle Unscrambler – Precision, Efficiency, and Automation
This container unscrambler handles a broad mix of bottles and canisters, feeding up to 200 units per minute onto the conveyor in consistent, correct orientation. Removing the need for manual sorting, this synchronized unit boosts line efficiency, accuracy, and overall output.
It fits well across many industries, including food and beverage, cosmetics, health and beauty, pharmaceuticals, biotech, chemicals, and nonwovens.
The hopper-and-unscrambler combination feeds bottles and containers automatically, with no changeover parts needed when switching sizes.
Operation starts when empty containers go into the SST304 stainless hopper, which uses level sensors to flag half-full or empty states. An elevator conveyor then lifts containers to a centrifugal feed plate for initial orientation, after which a side conveyor completes the alignment so containers exit the machine standing upright and ready for accurate downstream filling.
With an intuitive control interface, sturdy build, and simple operation, this unscrambler delivers reliable, high-speed automation that fits well into a modern production line.
