Ultrasonic Cutter
Ultrasonic cutting uses a high-frequency vibrating blade to portion cakes, bars, brownies and other baked goods with smooth, clean edges — even on sticky, layered or delicate products. The blade effectively cleans itself between cuts, so product does not build up and portions stay consistent. The machine can be supplied with an automatic tray feeder for a fully automated bakery portioning station.

This ultrasonic cutter portions cakes, bars and other baked goods using a high-frequency vibrating blade. Instead of pushing a knife through the product, the blade vibrates at ultrasonic frequency, so it moves through soft, sticky and layered products with almost no resistance — leaving smooth, clean cut faces with no crumbling or smearing.
Because the blade barely touches the product, it effectively cleans itself between cuts. Product does not build up on the blade, which keeps portions consistent across the shift and reduces cleaning stops — a real advantage with iced, cream-filled or chocolate-coated products that would gum up a conventional blade.
Portion patterns are set from the operator panel, so the same machine can cut sheet cakes into squares, slab cakes into bars, or round cakes into wedges with a quick changeover. It handles products from chilled to warm, including delicate layered and filled cakes that deform under mechanical cutting.
The machine can be supplied with an automatic tray feeder, so trays are dispensed, loaded with cut portions and discharged without manual handling — a complete portioning station for bakery production. It runs standalone or integrates inline between depanning and downstream packaging such as tray sealing, flow wrapping or cartoning.
Built in stainless steel to food-industry standards with European-engineered ultrasonic components, the cutter suits bakeries and food producers portioning cakes, cake bars, brownies, energy bars and similar products at production rates.
