Rotary Bottle Filling Machine

This rotary bottle filling series pairs a mechanical rotary platform with pneumatic assemblies to deliver precise, efficient filling.
The PFM adapts to a wide product range — from thin liquids to high-viscosity substances, powders, and particulate-bearing products — and can add a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system for straightforward cleaning.
It handles bottling and capping for mineral water, beverages, juices, salad dressings, detergents, and similar products. Sealing can use pre-cut lids or film cut and sealed from a roll, and capping options cover press-on or twist-off caps with automatic feed from a buffer.
A standout trait of the PFM is how readily it switches between different bottle and cap geometries.
A PLC-based control system oversees the full process, running the machine as a whole or managing individual stations independently.
Product-contact parts are stainless steel, and the frame combines stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and food-grade plastic, meeting CE, FDA, and 3A hygiene and safety requirements.
