Bags into Case Packer

A case packing arrangement built specifically for filled bags and pouches, which need different handling and pattern control than rigid packages.

Bags into Case Packer

Built for high-throughput production lines, this automatic cartoner packs pre-filled bags into corrugated cases with minimal operator involvement. A carton erecting station pulls flat RSC blanks from a magazine, squares them into shape, and sets them on the conveyor, handling a broad size range while keeping erection consistent cycle after cycle.

From there, bags — whether they hold powders, snacks, dairy, or other flowable goods — move into the loading zone, where a vision- or sensor-based counter confirms the correct quantity before the machine places them into the waiting carton. Loading motion is closely regulated so products stay aligned and undamaged across every case.

Filled cartons then move downstream to a closing station that can be equipped with flap-folding hardware, tape heads, or hot-melt glue guns depending on the application. Optional inspection and reject stations can be added to keep quality in check along the line.

Construction relies on a rugged stainless steel frame with accessible service panels and an intuitive HMI for monitoring and adjustments on the fly. It fits well in food, dairy, pet food, and household-goods operations, cutting manual labor while keeping output steady.

As a standalone add-on or a complete turnkey package, this cartoning system scales to match production needs for bag-in-box packaging.
